Congratulations to Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and their three daughters. According to Page Six, Lively gave birth to their fourth child, but no further details were given. Lively first shared news of her pregnancy in September 2022 while attending a Forbes event. Rumors swirled as she wore a miniskirt that revealed a very visible baby bump, but didn’t post to Instagram until days later.
“This is a picture of me being pregnant in real life so the 11 people waiting outside my house 🦄 won’t bother me. They are driving me and my baby crazy,” she wrote alongside several pictures at the time .
On Super Bowl Sunday, Lively posted a photo celebrating the Puppy Bowl, leading many of her followers to believe she had given birth.

Lively and Reynolds have three other children, daughters James, Inez and Betty. Reynolds has spoken out in the past about becoming the girl’s father.
“I know girls, so I kind of hope so,” he said in late 2022, adding that he and Lively “didn’t know” the gender of their fourth child at the time, and that the couple “never will.” until [they are born]. ’ Talking about growing up with his brothers, he noted, ‘I love my happiness and my home,’ and said, ‘I love my happiness and my home,’ in a similar way to a house full of girls. Like Ri, he and his siblings were “just arsonists and firefighters.”
